Morgellons Disease continues to baffle the healthcare community across the world with no established cures or causes. In recent times, there have been some indications that Morgellons Disease might be a result of environment toxicity. For instance, an outbreak of Morgellons Disease in southern parts of Texas was largely believed to be the result of chemical spillage into the neighboring areas. Please note that the issue of chemtrails itself is rather controversial. A chemtrail is still more of a theoretical fact where it is believed that private pharmaceutical companies or government agencies release chemical vapors as a part of the fumes that we see emanate from various airplanes.

The actual term used to refer to this exhaust is contrail but within the niche of Morgellons Causes, a chemtrail is established when it contains chemicals apart from the airplane’s exhaust fumes. Morgellons Disease chemtrails researchers have been constantly collecting samples, trying to identify similarities in symptoms of patients in chemtrail-suspected areas. Until now, nearly each state within the United States has shown some prevalence of Morgellons symptoms and a history of chemtrails with the density of patients being the highest among the southern states. This theory of chemtrail-induced Morgellons Disease is further boosted by similarity in the kind of fibers found among skin samples of Morgellons patients and chemtrail samples collected from across the nation.

Progesterone is among the most commonly prescribed of supplementary hormones among women. It is prescribed as a part of HRT or Hormone Replacement Therapy. However, progesterone side effects have been noted in many women using progesterone-supplementary aids. This includes symptoms like bloating and tenderness of the breast along with nausea and headache. Some women might find a sudden change in the amount or viscosity of their vaginal discharge. Others can develop extreme mood swings or blurred vision. Other common progesterone side effects include dizziness, feeling of malaise of drowsiness.

It is commonly seen that these symptoms tend to surface in a more severe form when the supplementation is first begun. It usually takes a few weeks for most women to get used to progesterone supplementation.

HIPAA further contains security regulations mandating the safeguards to protected health information. The security rule specifies technical aspects of how to protect privacy. Data should be hitech rules encryption and stored on a secure server. Much of the requirements of the security rule may be accomplished with the use of an EMR system.

HIPAA requires that administrative staff and health providers be evaluated on a regular basis concerning the confidentiality of medical data. Though there are no specific requirements for HIPAA training, the healthcare organization is responsible for compliance. Therefore, the covered entity should provide training covering the requirements of the law. The easiest method to fulfill this need is online HIPAA training. The basic courses usually take 30 minutes. You should know that this education is critical. A HIPAA violation may result in a substantial monetary fine and individual may be subject to felony charges for the theft of protected health information.

5 Great Things about GameStop

I’ve spent a decent amount of time in GameStop stores digging through piles of used games, spying on the clearance rack, and interacting with other video game fanatics. I’ve learned that there are five things about GameStop that make it one of the best stores to shop in.

Here are five great things about GameStop from a completely biased GameStop junkie.

1. Trading Video Games at GameStop

GameStop is one of the only places that still lets you trade in your old video games for store credit. Some gamers hold on to their game library for sentimental reasons but I finish a game or get tired of it and it starts collecting dust. At GameStop, I can trade those old and under-played games for new ones and save a little dough in the process.

2. People Watching the GameStop Weirdos

A friend once told me that the cops could arrest everyone in GameStop and be about 90% accurate. For some reason, the weirdest people in the world converge on GameStop, myself included. There’s no better people watching than during a rush at GameStop.

3. Pestering the GameStop Hipster Employees

GameStop’s employees act just like workers at Starbucks or American Apparel. For some reason, they think working at GameStop makes them hip, even though they all look ridiculous in their uniforms. Driving these guys crazy is often the highlight of my week.

4. Finding Girl Gamers

If there’s any place to find hot nerd girl gamers, GameStop is it. Girls are big shoppers, and have you ever met a girl that didn’t go nuts for a discount store? Since GameStop prides themselves on their deals on video games, you can always find a girl gamer hanging out there.

5. GameStop Loves Coupons

If you don’t have a stack of 2012 printable GameStop coupons, you’re behind the times. GameStop is coupon-crazy, offering coupon codes for their web store, printable coupons for retail stores, and handing out coupons in-store like they’re going out of style. If you like to buy and play a ton of video games, GameStop is an ideal store for you. You’ll spend less and find yourself able to try more games than if you paid full retail price.

I could go on and on about my love for GameStop. Since there are more than 6,000 stores around the world, I’d be hard pressed to find a place on Earth that wasn’t within a few miles of my favorite store. Thank God.

I’m not into Halloween costumes for dogs, but a lot of people are. Personally, I feel it’s demeaning to the animal, but we’re talking about the same pets who drink from the toilet and eat rancid meat. If you like to brighten up the Halloween season by putting your pooch in an outfit, here are 10 cute options that I came across online (dog not included).

Outfits for Man’s Best Friend

Hot Dog – Imagine a Halloween costume where a dog’s head and feet are sticking out of a hot dog bun. Perfect for the pet owner who wants to be clever.

Lovely Ladybug – An adorable ladybug outfit that’s perfect for small dogs.

Dorothy – Your dog will look like the heroine from The Wizard of Oz, complete with braided hair hanging down. If you have two dogs, the other can go as Toto.

Uncle Sam – If you want to show off your patriotic side, dress your dog up as Uncle Sam. The distinctive red, white, and blue hat is included.

Pumpkin Pooch – Your dog’s body will be covered by a round pumpkin outfit, while a little pumpkin cap also fits onto their head. This costume works better on smaller breeds of dogs.

Superman – The iconic Superman logo is worn across your pooch’s torso, while the red cape hangs down across their back. I’m guessing most dogs will display more personality in the costume than Brandon Routh did in Superman Returns.

Princess Leia – This clever costume captures the simple charm of Carrie Fisher’s white ensemble from the original Star Wars movie. If George Lucas could figure out how to market his movies to dogs, I’m guessing he would do it. In fact, maybe he’ll re-release the franchise with cats and squirrels digitally inserted into the scenes.

Raptor – The raptor became a popular dinosaur after the release of Steven Spielberg’s Jurassic Park, and now your dog can look like something that would feast on poor Samuel L. Jackson.

Harem Dog – A veil hangs over your dog’s face, although I have to wonder how long it would be before most pets chewed it away. The rest of the outfit looks like something out of I Dream of Jeannie.

I’ve seen some weird Sonny and Cher costume ideas, but never one that involved dressing a couple of dogs up like the popular singing duo. If someone did decide to do it, I would recommend a Chihuahua for Sonny and a Collie for Cher.

Director Walter Hill once commented that every film he’d done had been a western, even if it wasn’t set in the Old West. Many of his works have been critical and commercial successes, while others have become regarded as cult classics with the passage of time. If you’d like to discover a filmmaker who often goes unappreciated, I proudly present the works of Mr. Walter Hill.

Movies Directed by Walter Hill

If you’d like to experience a mixture of movies you’ve heard of and classic cult movies, be sure to give these works of Walter Hill a try:

Hard Times (1975) – Charles Bronson is a bare-knuckle fighter in Depression-era New Orleans, and James Coburn is his manager and business partner. Includes some great hand-to-hand fights.

The Driver (1978) – Ryan O’Neil is a no-nonsense getaway driver, and Bruce Dern is the cop on his trail. Obviously a huge influence on The Transporter.

The Warriors (1979) – When they’re framed for the murder of New York’s most powerful gang leader, a group of Brooklyn hoods must try to navigate the perils of the city and return to the safety of their turf.

The Long Riders (1980) - The story of Jesse James and his gang, including the disastrous Minnesota bank robbery that led to their downfall. The film is filled with real-life siblings, including the Quaids, Keeches, Carradines, and Guests. I rank it right up there with A Fistful of Dollars, which is one of the best spaghetti western movies in my opinion.

Southern Comfort (1981) – A group of undisciplined National Guard soldiers from Louisiana go on weekend maneuvers in the bayou and run afoul of vengeful Cajuns. Starring Keith Carradine, Powers Boothe, and Fred Ward.

48 Hrs. (1982) – A veteran cop (Nick Nolte) is on the trail of a madman, but he needs the help of a streetwise con (Eddie Murphy) in order to catch him. One of the first examples of the “buddy cop” genre.

Crossroads (1986) – A young musician (Ralph Macchio) busts a blues legend (Joe Seneca) out of a nursing home and heads down South. What follows is a coming-of-age drama, including a rousing finale that features our hero in a guitar duel with his soul on the line.

While Walter Hill’s success peaked in the 1980s, he’s still alive, well, and making feature films. He’s flown under the radar of many moviegoers over the years, but this is your chance to make up for lost time. On your next visit to Netflix, be sure to fill up your queue with some of these titles.

I wanted to post my Top 10 fantasy football rankings 2011-2012 at the wide receiver position. You might not believe this about me, but I was a wide receiver on my team back in high school.

I lettered three years, but it was a small town. I still like to keep track of the current NFL players who play my position, so in honor of the new NFL season, here’s my list of wide receivers to draft in fantasy football.

With the different way the interference rules have been enforced since 2004, the passing game has taken on a whole new importance. So let’s see who is the best at these two key positions. I’ll give a short comment with each player listed to indicate why he’s higher or lower than other picks you’ll see.

Top 10 Wide Receivers 2011-12

1. Andre Johnson, Houston Texans – Until informed otherwise, consider Andre Johnson the class of the NFL at receiver. The only concern is those nagging injuries.
2. Roddy White, Atlanta Falcons – Roddy White may be in the best situation of all the wide receivers on this list. Matt Ryan is coming into his prime and White has a real threat on the opposite side of the ball this year.
3. Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona Cardinals – Fitz is back. He’s 27 and has looked to be in the prime of his career in short glimpes in preseason NFL football. The hiccup last year was from the awful quarterback play, but it was still a Top 10 performance. Even if Kevin Kolb isn’t Kurt Warner, Larry Fitzgerald has shown he can be an elite wide receiver with average quarterback play.
4. Calvin Johnson, Detroit Lions – Nobody has a better package of talent than Calvin Johnson, but injuries have slowed Megatron in the last couple of years–both to him and to his quarterback. If ever Calvin Johnson and Matthew Stafford get on the same page, look out.
5. Hakeem Nicks, New York Giants – Hakeem Nicks is the clear #1 wide receiver on a top-ranked offense. Eli Manning may not be 1st tier compared to Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady, but he’s in the next tier. The running game is strong. And Hakeem Nicks makes big plays. Only injury concerns limit the horizon.
6. Greg Jennings, Green Bay Packers – Greg Jennings is Aaron Rodgers’s favorite target, but Jermichael Finley is coming back and Jordy Nelson is coming on.
7. Mike Wallace, Pittsburgh Steelers – Mike Wallace had a breakout year in 2010. Wallace has an elite quarterback throwing him the ball and he’s the big play threat. The Steelers also have a soft schedule in 2011.
8. Reggie Wayne, Indianapolis Colts – It’s been a while since Reggie Wayne has been down this low, but the injury status of Peyton Manning is pushing him down the list. If all’s a go for Manning, then Reggie Wayne should be as good as ever. Age will become a concern soon in keeper leagues.
9. Miles Austin, Dallas Cowboys – The only thing which concerns me with Miles Austin is the Dez Bryant factor. When Dez came on strong for 6 weeks last year, Miles Austin disappeared. But that was with Kitna at QB. Tony Romo locked onto Miles Austin two years ago.
10. Vincent Jackson, San Diego Chargers – Vincent Jackson hovers around the Top 10. He’s got a better quarterback than Dwayne Bowe and he’s got a more durable quarterback than Desean Jackson, which is why he edges out those players.

In today’s economy, every American is quickly learning the value of stretching each dollar as far as possible. Many do this by finding ways to save on groceries, gas, car insurance, and other regular expenses. However, one of the largest expenses of all remains untouched by a great number of Americans. This wallet-denting expense is also the one that provides an essential commodity. It’s the cost of putting a roof over their heads.

Moving into cheaper housing can cut monthly expenses and free up significant amounts of extra cash. In some areas, it’s actually cheaper to own a home than it is to rent. The following are some of the cities with the least expensive houses in America.

Detroit, MI

The domestic automobile industry has taken some hard blows during the recent years’ recession. Many factories have shut down and auto makers have downsized, putting America’s famed auto manufacturing capital into financial distress. High unemployment rates have forced people to sell their homes and leave the city. Many have been forced to sell their houses for amounts substantially lower than the actual value of the home. This has made Detroit into a treasure trove of cheap homes. Detroit is an example of a city in which the annual cost of owning a home is actually less than renting.
Tampa, FL

Because of their dependence on income generated by the formerly booming South Florida tourism industry, many cities in the area have also been adversely affected by the recent economic crisis. People simply can’t afford to take as many vacations anymore. When they do, they often have to conserve cash while on them. This has created high unemployment rates in cities like Tampa, causing a large number of homes to come to market at low prices. Owning a home here is still costlier than renting, but only slightly.

Pittsburgh, PA

Pittsburgh is an example of a city whose residents can generally pay less to own than to rent. Several large industries, including steel, have saved the city from the recession. Many here also find employment in healthcare and educational occupations. With a relatively low unemployment rate and a fairly strong economy, Pittsburgh is an attractive option for those searching for a good value on a home.

Dayton, OH

Many military towns have managed to avoid the worst effects of the recession. This is because large military bases not only employ large numbers of people from the surrounding areas, they provide provide a steady stream of government-paid service members to spend their money on local businesses. One such town is Dayton, whose economy has suffered from the recession but has been stabilized by the presence of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This area is more expensive to buy a home in than to rent, but only by a small margin compared to many cities.

I’m no foodie. I don’t side with those gourmand Italiaphiles who will walk 1,000 miles on their knees for a perfect glass of vin santo or wild duck confit ravioli. Having said that, I’m constantly amazed by the American obsession with Olive Garden restaurants. Sure, I can quell my anger a little with the thought that Olive Garden claims to serve Italian-American food, not authentic Italian recipes, but Italian food it ain’t. Any restaurant with scampi on the menu automatically reveals itself as faux Italian–scampi refers to a specific type of lobster, not a food preparation.

I say burn your Olive Garden coupons, forget about eating at one of Olive Garden’s 700 American restaurants, and forget about drinking their cheap Principato wines. Here are three reason why Olive Garden sucks.

1. Olive Garden is not authentic Italian, but hints at its authenticity.

There was a time when Olive Garden was more forthcoming about their fake Italian food. A recent renovation of the chain’s menu and restaurants attempts to authenticate the Olive Garden’s Italian food by offering house Italian style wines and printing some mumbo jumbo on the menu about how their food is developed in a real kitchen in Tuscany. You could cook a hamburger in Florence, but that doesn’t make it a Tuscan hamburger.

2. Olive Garden has the word “olive” in the name–but don’t expect to be served an olive antipasto.

Antipasti in Italy are a huge part of the dinner meal. Antipasti are traditionally cold or at most room-temperature dishes like olives, cheeses, cured or smoked meats, and roasted garlic. Small plates featuring fresh local ingredients are the name of the game. But you won’t find anything like this on Olive Garden’s antipasti menu, which instead features dipping sauces, entree items like calamari and mussels, and flatbread pizzas. Nothing authentic here, and nothing as delicious as actual Italian antipasti.

3. Olive Garden food is far too cheap and fast to be authentic.

Italian food done right means highlighting a small number of (ideally fresh and local) ingredients to bring out the best features of those foods. This is usually a time-consuming and can be an expensive process, especially in parts of the world where good Italian ingredients aren’t grown locally or year-round. A $9 plate of mussels at Olive Garden is only going to taste as good as a $9 plate of mussels can taste. Unless those mussels were harvested within a few hundred yards of the restaurant, there’s no way they could be fresh or authentically prepared for $9.
